Q. Where is the soccer office?
A: The office is located at 170 McNaughton Ave W (next to Heritage Dental in the plaza on the corner of Sandy St & McNaughton Ave W).
Q. How do we register? How do we pay?
A. You register in person at the Club office, on the noted registration dates. All players registered in the previous season are required to bring their preprinted registration form. Anyone coming to register without the preprinted form must provide proof of age. There is no registration process by phone, on-line or by e-mail. Payment may be made by CASH, CHEQUE, DEBIT CARD, VISA or MASTERCARD. Please note there will be a 2% surcharge applied to VISA/MASTERCARD transactions at the time of payment.
Q. When does the season start and who is my child’s coach?
A. The season usually begins on or around the week of the Victoria Day weekend in May. Sometime in May you will receive a call from your child’s volunteer coach.
Q. When are the games and where are they played?
A. Fields and schedules are not finalized until all players are registered. It is not normally known until late April what nights and what fields are scheduled for the different age groups. The coach determines when and where practices are held.
Q. What do we bring to the game?
A. Your child should wear their complete soccer uniform as provided by the Club. Your child will also need shin pads (which are mandatory), and soccer shoes. Your child should always take plenty of water to games and practices, and wear sunscreen.
Q. Can I have my child play with ________________?
A. The Club is unable to accommodate this request. We can only guarantee that the children of the coach, assistant coach and sponsor will be on the same team. Each team will have only one coach and one assistant coach. The opportunity to meet new friends and play for different coaches adds to the soccer experience.
Q. I’d like to volunteer.
A. We are always on the lookout for volunteers and appreciate the help. Please remember if you are interested in coaching to notify us at registration or contact us by email or phone, with your name, phone number, email address and how you can help out.
